Part-Time | Evening Shift (2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) Job Summary Countryside Senior Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Medication Aide to join our evening team. In this role, you'll help residents maintain their health, independence, and quality of life by administering medications, assisting with daily care, and providing exceptional service in a warm, supportive environment. While you'll spend much of your shift working independently, you'll also be part of a caring team that works together to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and on schedule according to physician orders and facility policies Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and personal care Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing staff Monitor and document medications, vital signs, behaviors, and other resident information as required Respond promptly and compassionately to resident call lights and requests for assistance Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties Serve meals, prepare dining areas, and maintain sanitation standards Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide outstanding resident care Qualifications South Dakota Medication Aide certification preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Countryside Senior Living?
