We are currently accepting applications for our free State of Tennessee Certified Nurse Aide Training Program . This accelerated program prepares you for success in just 17 days .

Program Requirements:

Full attendance is mandatory — no absences or tardiness permitted Must maintain an 85% average or higher throughout the course Pass a criminal background check and be clear of the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults Individuals with felony convictions , specific misdemeanors, or abuse registry listings cannot be admitted

Class Information:

Class typically includes 12-14 students If accepted, you will be notified by phone or email the week before the class begins A $50 deposit for books and supplies is required on the first day and will be refunded once book is returned

Employment Opportunities Post-Graduation:

Graduates of the training program may be considered for employment at NHC Athens based on: Facility staffing needs Candidate's shift availability Entrance exam scores Flexibility, attitude, and previous work history Available shifts include:

Day Shift:

6:00 a.m.•6:00 p.m.

Night Shift:

6:00 p.m.•6:00 a.m.
