3pm-11pm,
Monday-Friday:
$21/hr + $0.75 shift differential Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for 2nd shift (3-11 pm), Monday through Friday. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. The Heritage at Brentwood is actively looking for a hospitality-minded CNA to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents. Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene. Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications. Monitors resident vital signs. Qualifications Active CNA certification in Tennessee required Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred. Benefits for
