Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant or Resident Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide our residents with assistance with activities of daily living. This role requires a strong understanding of resident needs, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and the desire to work with people of a geriatric age. The Nursing Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and safety while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Work with team members to provide care and safety to all residents Clean common areas of community Experience Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or resident assistant is preferred but not required; training will be provided Join our team where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents!
