Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Homemaker to join our team in providing exceptional home and community care for individuals in need of support. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assisting with transfers. Support clients with specialized care needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, hospice, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement for clients in assisted living or home settings. Experience Prior experience working in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly desirable. Proven background in home health caregiving with familiarity in medical terminology and documentation practices. Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments like dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Demonstrated ability to operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
