What You'll Do Approach every interaction with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented way Assist residents with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care Maintain accurate records, including resident service plans and documentation of care provided Stay familiar with each resident's service plan to ensure personalized, consistent care Communicate closely with the Resident Services team for seamless continuity of care Help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors Support the day-to-day programming and operations of the neighborhood What You Bring At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of related health care experience Dementia training completion (required for communities with an Ensemble Program) Ability to pass a criminal background screening Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy Nice to Have CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or as required by your state) CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing (state-dependent) Experience with computerized resident documentation systems Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay with Same Day Pay available Medical, Vision & Dental coverage Supplemental insurance — short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance A paid day off for your birthday 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting Education Investment Program to help you grow your career
