Responsibilities Include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Measure and record vital signs as assigned Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care What We're Looking For Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification - Required Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required CPR/BLS certification preferred Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply!
