A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

Role Overview:
As a Caregiver / CNA at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Taft, TN. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to support seniors and individuals in need, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. You'll have the flexibility to work part-time with schedules available throughout the week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring. Offer medication reminders and support for compliance with health plans. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of clients.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience. Strong communication skills, particularly in English. Compassionate approach towards senior care and client interaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.
Bonus If You:
Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Possess additional certifications in elderly care. Speak another language to assist our diverse clientele.
