Responsibilities Provide daily nursing care and services in accordance with the care plan of each resident based on individualized needs Assist residents with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and dressing Ensure residents' rooms are safe, comfortable, and maintained in an orderly and clean manner Monitor and report changes in resident's health status and communicate effectively with the nursing team Participate in resident assessments and contribute to the resident care planning process Assist with resident activities and engagements designed to encourage health and happiness Comply with all safety policies and regulations, and adhere to prescribed infection control procedures Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to provide care across various levels including personal care, nutrition monitoring, and basic medical tasks Proficient in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records Adaptable to different situations and the ability to handle stress Demonstrated knowledge of infection control procedures and safety measures
