Director of Rehabilitation Job Type:
Full-time (32-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) CRG is hiring for dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team. The RNA will play a key role in providing wellness activities that promote resident independence and quality of life. This position requires a valid CNA license and the ability to work full-time (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities:
Assist with orthotic management , hand hygiene , nail care , transfers , ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs. Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care. Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly). Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function. Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid CNA license . Previous experience in restorative care is a plus but not required. Passion for compassionate patient care and a desire to help residents maintain their independence.
