Certified Med Aide Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of licensed medical staff, including vital sign measurements and other daily living activities Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures Assist with lab tests, procedures, and administrations as needed, under the supervision of licensed medical staff Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families, promoting a positive and respectful environment

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Med Aide (CMA) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
