Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) Assist with feeding and monitor food and fluid intake Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Follow infection control and safety procedures Document care provided according to facility polici
