What You'll Do:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents' daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Take and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents Shifts 6:00am

• 2:00pm (4openings) 2:00pm
• 10:00pm (5 openings) 10:00pm
• 6:00am (4 openings)

What We're Looking For:
