Responsibilities:
Cares for residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical/vocational nurse.
Takes and records vital signs, measures and records height and weight, and assists residents with activities of daily living.
Reports changes in resident condition to nursing staff and documents care as required.
Provides bathing and personal hygiene care to residents in accordance with established shower schedules and individual care plans, ensuring resident privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.

6am-6pm, 6pm-6am INDNUR Shift
12 hour shifts
Shift Differential
2p - 6p: $0.75 / hr.
6p - 6a: $1.50 / hr.
Any shift on Sat 12AM-11:59pm Sunday $1.50
