Role:
As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and support to our patients in their homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our healthcare team Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
