CNA Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their well-being.Duties:
- Provide personal care including, baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen.
- Complete charting in Wellsky within 48 hours of visit.
- Assist patients with dressing and undressing.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Provide skin care to prevent breakdown.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in feeding the patient, if necessary.
- Report on patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.
Skills:
- Experience in home care, senior care, dementia care, catheter care, or hospice care
- Ability to maintain medical records and document patient progress accurately
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical information
- Proficient in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines

- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Texas.
- Nurse aide training/competency eval program approved by the state of Texas and listed in good standing on the Texas nurse aide registry
- Certified Nurse Assistant current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Valid TX Driver's License and auto insurance.
- Excel at building rapport with patients and providing the highest quality of care
- At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
