Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You'll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that aligns with each individual's care plan, while working alongside experienced nurses and clinical staff.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing daily care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance Helping patients feel comfortable and safe during their stay Supporting nurses with delegated tasks and reporting patient concerns Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition Assisting with lifting, repositioning, and transporting patients safely Maintaining a clean and respectful environment

What We're Looking For:

Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or currently enrolled in a CNA program with at least 16 hours of coursework completed Must complete the CNA program within 4 months of hire Current CPR certification or willing to obtain within 3 months Prior clinical experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a heart for caregiving Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance , and stand/walk for long periods Physically and mentally fit for a fast-paced healthcare setting
