12-hour floor shifts at Hillside Medical Lodge require direct care execution across long-term care and short-term recovery halls. Certified Nursing Assistants manage direct resident transfers, routine bed care, and personal hygiene support throughout day and night rotations. Hall assignments involve ongoing physical movement and direct coordination with floor nurses during routine rounds. Responsibilities Perform daily hygiene care, including resident bathing, dressing, and morning or evening care routines. Execute resident repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and mechanical lifts. Measure and record standard vital signs, weights, and daily intake or output data in electronic medical logs. Answer hall call lights promptly to handle immediate resident requests. Report physical status updates or resident care changes directly to the floor nurse before shift handoff.

Starting at $18/hr, scaling upward based on experience
