Role:

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients while working overnight shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Performing vital signs and monitoring client health Assisting with medication administration and other medical tasks as needed Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and their families Working as part of a team to ensure the highest level of client care
