Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Clinical Team Leader to oversee and coordinate clinical operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive medical management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of health regulation policies. As a pivotal member of our management team, the Clinical Team Leader will drive quality improvement initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining operational excellence and strategic growth. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to clinical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulations. Oversee medical management processes, including patient care protocols, clinical workflows, and quality assurance measures. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among nursing staff, physicians, administrative personnel, and other healthcare professionals to optimize service delivery. Lead performance improvement (PI) initiatives by analyzing clinical data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions. Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as JCAHO accreditation standards and local healthcare regulations. Manage healthcare financial operations related to clinical services, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control strategies. Foster a culture of excellence in medical leadership and nursing leadership through ongoing staff development and managerial communication. Oversee operational management tasks to streamline clinical processes, improve patient outcomes, and enhance overall healthcare management practices. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare management with a strong background in medical leadership and nursing leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in medical management, operations management, and healthcare financial management. In-depth knowledge of health regulation policies such as JCAHO standards and local accreditation requirements. Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, strategic management, and team leadership within a healthcare setting. Experience implementing Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives to enhance clinical quality and safety outcomes. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams effectively. Prior experience in operational management within a healthcare environment is highly desirable. A relevant advanced degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related fields is preferred; licensure or certification in healthcare leadership is advantageous.
