Certified Nursing Assistants at Madison Medical Resort work directly on the floor assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines. CNAs work alongside nurses to monitor changes in health status and keep care plans running smoothly on the unit. The focus is on steady floor support, clear communication, and safe patient handling. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene tasks. Take and document vital signs, weight readings, and daily intake/output records. Help residents transfer safely using proper body mechanics and mechanical lifts. Answer call lights promptly and report changes in resident condition to charge nurses. Serve meal trays, assist residents during dining, and maintain clean living areas.
