Sign-On Bonus:

$250 paid after orientation, $250 added to your first paycheck, and $500 added to each of your next 3 paychecks. About the Role Daily shifts begin with direct verbal handoffs to review resident requirements for the block. You manage personal care tasks, move residents between stations, and track basic intake throughout the 12-hour rotation.
