There is current availability for 8-hour shifts daytime, from 6a to 2p and 2p to 10p. Candidates must have a current license, with prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred. Candidates should also have a positive team spirit and mindset, along with a successful work history. CNAs will assist in, and perform duties as requested by the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), other clinical staff, and the facility Administrator. He/She should exemplify personal professionalism in conduct, punctuality, and attire, and exhibit healthy relational skills with colleagues, residents, and family members of residents. Salary is largely based on a candidate's current licensing/credentials, educational preparation, applicable experience, and the content of a candidate's interview(s) with person(s) representing Paramount Healthcare.
