The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure their safety and comfort, and support their overall well-being in accordance with our mission to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment. Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Current CNA certification in the state of [Texas]. CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
