2 - 10pm. Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and deliver high-quality, personalized care to diverse patient populations across various healthcare settings. Your energy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will help create a safe, comfortable environment that promotes healing and well-being for all. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Support patient transfer methods utilizing equipment like Hoyer lifts and ensure safe manual handling practices at all times. Maintain detailed medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while respecting patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients' conditions closely, report changes promptly to nursing staff. Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families, especially those with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia. Follow aseptic techniques diligently to prevent infection during patient care activities in acute or long-term care environments. Skills Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Point Click Care for accurate medical documentation. Ability to perform and execute safe patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Strong caregiver communication skills combined with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required.
