Job Summary:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in their own homes, and work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report patient conditions to our healthcare team Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Collaborate with our caregivers to develop personalized care plans Engage with patients and family members to provide emotional support and education Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care About the
