Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional care team. As a CNA at Avir at Seymour Center, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' daily needs and helping maintain the high standards that earned us our 5-star rating.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition Support residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Current Texas CNA certification Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
