You:

Current updated resume A completed CNA course preferred (Expired is ok). Dementia experience, fall risk experience, and experience with managing behaviors. A positive attitude and a love for helping others - friendly and lots of smiles! Reliability - showing up on time and no call-outs are essential! Ability to communicate well and be professional. At least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Attendance bonuses Supplemental Insurance after 90 days Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list): Provide personal care services such as assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to reduce fall risk. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behaviors. Support clients with dementia-related challenges in a patient and compassionate manner. Communicate effectively with team members and families.

Location:

Clients expected to mostly be in the Southlake, Keller, and Flower Mound, North Fort Worth/ Alliance areas.
