Job Description
We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical home care and companionship to clients in the place they call home. No professional certification is required; however, CNAs are encouraged to apply. This is a professional caregiving position for individuals who take pride in providing reliable, high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of their clients. Key Responsibilities Caregiver responsibilities vary depending on each client's individual needs and may include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and ambulation Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands Providing companionship and supervision Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands when needed Providing dependable, attentive care while promoting the client's independence, dignity, and safety Completing other non-medical caregiving tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of verifiable caregiving experience required Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Texas EMR/NAR registry checks Compassionate, dependable, professional, and consistent Strong communication skills Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required when transporting clients Pay & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience PRN / as-needed scheduling based on client needs Opportunities ranging from part-time hours up to 40 hours per week Various shifts may be available based on current client needs We are looking for caregivers who are serious about their work, dependable with their commitments, and committed to providing excellent care.
