This role is critical in delivering the personal care and support that our residents require, following well-defined standards and procedures under the direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and maintaining their dignity. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Record vital signs and report observations and patient activities to the nursing staff. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of patient areas and assist in maintaining medical equipment. Communicate effectively with residents and family members and update nursing staff on vital information. Support the physical and emotional well-being of residents, promoting a positive and caring environment. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with patients and their families. Basic knowledge of patient health care and hygiene standards.
