• Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle Weekly PayDirect Deposit Paid Orientation Free In-House Training with our Director of Nursing 24/7 Nursing Support Referral Program TrainingDevelopment Opportunities Your Role as a Caregiver Provide compassionate companion and personal care , including: Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and ambulation Accompany clients to doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores Assist with mobility exercises Monitor and document changes and report them to the Director of Nursing Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid CPR certification (in-person) Negative TB test within the last 12 months Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle Minimum 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience Ability to maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality Pass a Level 2 AHCA background checkdrug screening Strong English communication skills Ability to assist clients with lifting up to 50 lbs.
