Job Summary:

Provides basic nursing care by assisting residents with personal, nutritional, restorative, and activities of daily living. Performs basic nursing procedures and care under the direction of a licensed charge nurse. Answers nurse call lights promptly and does all task necessary and instructed by supervising nurse and administration to provide needed care for residents. Keeps the facility clean, neat, safe, odor free, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations following all organizational policies and procedures. Must be knowledgeable of nursing/administration policies and procedures. Must have a positive attitude, personality, and be team oriented willing to assist others. Must be on time to schedule shifts. Must be patient and willing to accept change. Must have memory care experience. Work Remotely No 60 Beds 5 Star/ Zero deficiency facility The Village at Incarnate Word provides VIA bus passes.
