Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) - Full Time Stonehenge of Cedar City is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) to join our team! This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with benefits , with the possibility of some weekend shifts as needed. About the Position As a Restorative Nurse Assistant, you will play an important role in helping our residents maintain and improve their highest level of independence, mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with nursing and therapy staff to carry out individualized restorative programs while providing encouragement and compassionate resident-centered care. Responsibilities Assist residents with restorative nursing programs, including range-of-motion, ambulation, positioning, transfers, and other restorative activities. Encourage residents to maintain their highest practicable level of independence. Follow individualized restorative plans and established facility procedures. Accurately document restorative services and resident participation. Observe residents for changes in condition or ability and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate nurse. Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Provide care with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. Maintain resident safety and follow infection-control and facility policies. Assist with CNA duties and resident care as needed. Qualifications Current CNA certification in good standing. Previous CNA experience preferred. Restorative nursing experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider a strong CNA who is motivated to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Compassionate approach to working with residents in a skilled nursing environment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
