Job Description
Job Summary Join our compassionate healthcare team as a CNA/Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents. In this vital role, you will provide essential personal care, assist with daily activities, and support medical teams to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your caregiving expertise while making a positive impact every day. We currently need day and night Caregivers for twelve hour shifts Responsibilities Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding to promote independence and dignity. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration Assist with medication reminders under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Provide companionship and emotional support to the client, engaging in conversation and recreational activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, including light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying living areas. Accompany the client to medical appointments and outings as needed. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary. Engage with patients of all ages—including pediatrics and geriatrics—delivering compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs within home. Requirements One year's experience in caregiving preferred Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Previous experience in elderly care, preferably in a home care setting. Knowledge of basic caregiving skills and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you available to work weekends, including some Sundays Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Can you lift up to 50 lbs?
