Responsibilities Works under general supervision of Home Health RN Performs a variety of personal care services for home-bound patients Monitors vital signs, temperature, respiration and reports on patients' condition Carefully documents services as rendered Assists with patient mobility and physical therapy and exercise Provides companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Helps with simple housekeeping chores Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certification as C.N.A.
