Answer residents' call lights to determine needs Turn and reposition residents while in bed Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignifiedTrainingSupport:
