Pay:

negotiable based on experience $0.50/mile reimbursement One on one care in the patient's home Supportive team environment with RN guidance Opportunity to grow into more hours as the territory grows What You'll Do Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care Help with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises Follow the aide care plan written by the RN case manager Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the nurse Help keep the patient's immediate environment clean and safe Complete visit documentation accurately and on time We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a current Utah CNA certification and CPR certification Is comfortable working independently in the home setting Is compassionate, dependable, and patient focused Has good communication and documentation skills Has a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Home health experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Able to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods, and to lift, position, or transfer patients.
