Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Restorative Aide -CNA (with other assigned duties) - to join our growing team! Assisting residents to meet rehabilitation goals through exercise modalities
Managing and teaching exercise activities to groups of residents
Interdepartmental communications within care team of both nursing and therapy
Documentation of resident exercise treatments
Will serve in assistant role to staffing coordinator approximately 50% of the time
Assisting with CNA scheduling and floor coverage
Assist with gathering staffing and performance data
Assist with team education and oversight
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Nursing assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment with Avalon
Must have one year experience working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in service education
Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English.
Recent education or clinical hours are required.
You need to be at least 18 years old. Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry
