  • Full-time Job description Rocky Mountain Home Care is seeking a Registered nurse to join our amazing Davis/Weber County , UT area Diabetic Management team.

Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
Position Requirements:
Must have a valid Utah RN license. Reliable transportation is required. Must possess clinical, organizational, and, communication skills. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Home health care experience is preferred.
