• Job Summary and Responsibilities
• As our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential direct and indirect nursing care under the proficient direction of a Registered Nurse, aligning with established policies and procedures to optimize your skills and contribute to our patient-centered mission.

To be successful in this role, you will be committed to practicing at the top of your license, possess a strong work ethic, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic healthcare team. + Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. + Promptly answers call lights and responds to patient needs. + Reports patient status changes and needs to Registered Nurse accurately and in a timely manner. + Accurately documents vital signs, input/output, nutritional intake, personal hygiene, weights, and other patient care performed and reports findings promptly to Registered Nurse. + Maintains thorough and confidential maintenance of patient charts and records. + Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by the nurse. + Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. + Communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors related to patients to the health care team.

• + High School Diploma/G.E.D. + Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program + State registered CNA license
• Preferred
• + Six (6) months previous CNA or healthcare experience.
