Northern Virginia | AMW Homecare LLC AMW Homecare LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide private-duty, non-medical home care to clients throughout Northern Virginia.

WE ARE HIRING FOR

Full-Time Day Shifts Full-Time Night Shifts PRN / As-Needed 4-Hour Shifts 8-Hour Shifts 12-Hour Shifts Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability

PAY:

$20-$23 PER HOUR Pay is based on experience, client needs, shift, and assignment. Additional pay opportunities may be available for: Overnight shifts Weekends/holidays High-acuity or special-care assignments Short shifts Exceptional experience or specialized skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed. Provide companionship and safety supervision. Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care. Provide medication reminders as permitted. Follow the client's individualized plan of services. Communicate changes or concerns to the supervisor/Administrator. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Protect client privacy and confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS

Current CNA certification/license or other qualifications required for the position. Previous home care/private-duty experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Reliable transportation. Dependable, professional, compassionate, and able to work independently. Must successfully complete required background checks and employment screening. Must be willing to work with clients in Northern Virginia.
