Overview As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide assistance with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary. Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and meal preparation to maintain a safe and clean environment. Support clients with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and encouraging participation in daily activities. Skills Certification in CPR is highly preferred. Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior. Ability to work effectively with the elderly. Physical capability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility needs.
