Competitive and based on assignment, experience, and availability Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Assist with meals and feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow the client's individualized plan of care Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Protect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Communicate professionally with clients, families, nurses, and office staff Requirements Current Virginia CNA certification in good standing Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance, when applicable Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow the plan of care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and professional attitude Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and responsible Compassionate and patient Professional and respectful Dependable and punctual Comfortable providing care in a client's home Committed to providing quality, person-centered care Why Join Golden Connections?
