$13-$15 per hour Expected 20-40 hours per week What You'll Do Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and assistive devices) Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to care plans and dietary needs Offer medication reminders Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Accurately document care provided and observations Provide compassionate care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, developmental disabilities, autism, or other specialized needs What We're Looking For Valid PCA certification (or equivalent) Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes preferred CPR & First Aid certification required Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude Reliable, observant, and able to adapt to individual client needs Additional training in memory care, hospice, or disabilities is a plus Why You'll Love Working With Us Flexible schedules to fit your life Paid orientation & training Referral bonuses Supportive leadership and growth opportunities If you're ready to join a team that values your compassion, respects your time, and recognizes the difference you make, we'd love to hear from you.
