Karis Care Services is expanding into the Christiansburg area, and we are currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion and help us bring exceptional care to clients in the New River Valley! Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team. Multiple shifts are available including days, evenings, and overnights. Responsibilities Provide personal care and companionship to clients Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Qualifications Experience providing personal care preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Active auto insurance required Your own reliable vehicle to drive yourself to and from assignments Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Genuine desire to help others Our Core Values We are looking for caregivers who align with our core values: (FIRCE)

What You Bring:

• Genuine desire to serve and care for others.
• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) PCA, CNA or NA preferred but not required — we provide training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and respectful attitude.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with geriatric care and the needs of older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
