A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported while encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility Provide medication reminders as permitted Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines Respond to resident needs and call systems Document the care and services you provide Provide companionship and emotional support Work alongside our resident care team to provide consistent, compassionate care Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent No CNA certification required Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, PCA or CNA experience is a plu Compassionate, dependable and team-focused CPR/First Aid certification preferred Ability to successfully complete required background screening and training
