What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support while helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Preparing meals and assisting with nutritious meal planning. Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction. Providing medication reminders as directed by the care plan. Assisting with mobility and activities of daily living. Performing light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe home. Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and activities. Encouraging activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Communicating important changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate team member. Following each client's individualized care plan and Caring Senior Service policies. What We're Looking For We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others. Qualifications At least 1 year of professional or private caregiving experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities. A compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and positive relationships with clients and their families. Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to successfully pass a background check. Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing quality care.
