Duties Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Cook meals for 3 clients Medication administration Daily communication notes Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs in at home settings Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient service Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
