Saluda, VA Shift:
Nights / Evenings We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The CNA will assist patients with daily activities, maintain patient comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient observations. Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and safe use of Hoyer lifts. Provide catheter, colostomy, tracheostomy, and other basic patient care as directed. Assist with bed baths, personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff. Assist nurses with patient care, treatments, and other clinical tasks within CNA scope. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times. Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification.
BLS / CPR
Previous healthcare, LTC, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted living experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide safe, compassionate patient care.
Pay:
