We are looking for a Caregiver/PCA/CNA who is committed to delivering high‑quality care, maintaining client dignity, and supporting independence in the home setting. About the Role As a Caregiver/PCA/CNA , you will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship. The ideal Caregiver/PCA/CNA is dependable, patient, and able to follow individualized care plans while maintaining professional communication with the care team. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care services within Caregiver/PCA/CNA scope Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support Maintain accurate daily care notes and follow care plans Observe and report changes in client condition Follow all agency policies and Caregiver/PCA/CNA standards of practice Qualifications Active CNA license or PCA certification Previous experience as a Caregiver/PCA/CNA in home care or facility settings preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care Why Work With Us Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Opportunities for additional training and growth Meaningful one‑on‑one client care
